Items will be sent out using the method of your choosing at checkout. Free shipping orders over $10.00, will be sent out using UPS Ground. Once packages are scanned & delivered by the shipping courier, Jewelry to the Skye L.L.C is not responsible for lost, stolen or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping company. If you'd like to have your package require your signature for delivery, please email us at the time of your order.
RETURNS
Returns accepted for store credit if items are shipped back to us within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Cancellations not permitted once production on your item has begun.
No returns allowed on any customized pieces including Forever Stacks.
